I came across the Wrong Fuel Wizard website on my mobile phone, I called the number and was greeted by a very polite gentlemen who immiediatley put my mind at rest, he asked me for my location, type of vehicle and how much fuel I had put in by mistake. A technician was sent out and arrived on the scene within 30 mins. The technician that arrived was very polite, knowledgeable and explained exactly what was required to sort out my car. He quickly drained the fuel tank and flushed the filter and injection system with the correct fuel before starting my vehicle again. “Wow what an honest company! I called Wrong Fuel Wizard after putting unleaded into my Ford Focus. The gentlemen on the phone asked me my location, vehicle type, and how much fuel I had put into the car. I told him that I had put 1.5 litres of unleaded into my tank and had not started the engine as I was still at the pumps. He was so helpfull he told not to worry and just fill up the tank with the correct fuel (diesel) as 1.5 ltres would not cause any damage. How honest is that he could of easily told me I needed to get it drained and i would of believed him. My advice to anyone who has put the wrong fuel in there car would be to call these guys first for advice”
